 לצד ראש הישיבה עומד הרב חיים וידל שליט"א המשמש כדיין בבית הדין הרבני בירושלים וכנשיא הישיבה, ואשר מביא מניסיונו הרב בהעצמת תלמידים ובניית שאיפות, הרב וידל שליט"א התחנך בישיבות "היישוב"  ו"איתרי" שם קנה את יסודות ההשקפה המתאימה ביותר עבור באי הישיבה, במסירת השיעורים- מלווה הרב את הסוגיות הנלמדות בישיבה בהמחשה מתוך סוגיות דומות מבית הדין, באופן זה לומדים הבחורים כיצד הדיון הנלמד בישיבה- מוליד ומביא את פסקי הדין.
